The online reservation services we offer are free of charge .The hotels listed in this website have provided information and pictures to promote their services and to help visitors coming in Bulgaria to find exactly what they are searching for. We are doing our best to place the most accurate information in every hotel description and services that the site offers. This site is property of a registered Bulgarian tour-agent : Booking BG Ltd ( Trade name : Booking.BG ) Licence PKK-01-05792 issued by the Ministry of Economy . Bulgarian law is applicable to our services.

2. Privacy

Booking.BG uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. All personal information regarding your credit card or accommodation is held secure between our reservation department and the hotel you want to visit.

3. Credit card guarantee

Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel.
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use a custom 512 Bit encryption technology to secure your credit card details.

4. Free of charge

Our service is free of charge.

5. Cancelation

Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Booking.BG will never charge your card when making a reservation with us!
